  • Awful interface

    By Frequent texter
Once again Microsoft uses monopoly to push its users into unfriendly and confusing interface. Sadly my work uses outlook otherwise I’d go back to gmail and never look back. Distinguishing read from unread is very difficult. Searching for old email is a mess. Outlook “decides” what is important and in other words you never get the email you’re looking for. How the heck such a big company makes such awful products?
  • Critical feedback relating to outlook usuage

I love outlook very much. It is user friendly, great graphics, simple usage and non complicated and it’s bold colors are beautiful. The email it’s self is widely excepted without issues and the things that I can utilize it for are just absolutely wonderful! Thank you outlook, Eva
  • Thanks, overall score 5

It used to be a little clunky and back in the day with cases of crushing when searching emails aged more than a year. But again, most if not all these issues have since been ferreted and the App itself now functions like a well oiled machine, super user friendly, intuitive, dynamic and robust enough to even interact seamlessly with other external apps like Teams and Zoom. 5 star all the way !
  • Snooze Feature

    By avalon piscataway
Why is snooze an email not available on the desktop?
  • Delete and perma delete

    By fieldtripz
I don't like how this app doesn't have any option to delete or permanently delete in bulk the way that the native iOS mail app does. I just want to tap a button, sslect all and delete all of them. I'm turned off by apps that want to play "whack 'em all" with email like it's a game. Just figure out how to allow me to delete ALL of them in two taps (steps.) Thanks

  • Why

    By surly trucker
Why do I now have to tap the screen an additional time to delete batches of emails before it only took 1 brief hold yo bring up select all then 1 tap to select all then 1 to delete them, now I brief hold a menu pops up and now I have to tap select multiple that then takes me to the screen where I can select all and proceed as normal WHY the extra useless step??
