  • What a mess!

    By Deb212
I ask Alexa to turn on my living room lights and she says a few rooms share the word room, what room, and I say living room and she says there is no lights. Are used to just say turn on the living room, and Alexa would turn on the living room. It was simple. No aggravation. Now it’s a joke. Now it’s sickening… I see my dining room is not listed on devices but if I say turn on my dining room, my dining room gets turned on. It’s crazy. Get new programmers!!! The guys you have are screwing this up very badly. I have had these devices for years and they have worked fine. Not anymore. She has made a complete mess of the light system. I appear to now be in something called”home”. I don’t want to be in home. I just want my lights to work like they used to work. I want my devices to work like they used to work. None of it works anymore. I am ready to throw all the Amazon devices into the garbage. I’ll go back to using my TV remote and just turning on my lights rather than dealing with this aggravation. It’s disgusting!
