    I wish companies would learn that changing their website layout without improving it is really annoying to customers. I’m guessing the company web designers try to prove they are worth the salaries they are being paid by convincing superiors that nonsensical changes are needed. They aren’t. They are aggravating to customers. I dislike the recent changes, a lot.

    When I can’t find what I’m looking for at my near by stores, I relay on Amazon. I wasn’t a fan on doing online orders, but my husband showed me how convenient it is, especially I have a big family and now I don’t need to drag all my kids into stores, but thanks for having items that I can’t find at stores and y’all do a wonderful job on delivering my items on time.

    Something has changed the past few days. I have iPads and it spins sideways with a bar blocking half the screen and no access to the buttons on the right side of the window.
  • App no longer works properly on iPad

    The app keeps forcing itself into portrait mode and the right hand portion of the screen is cutoff. The app is now worthless for shopping in Amazon and I have to use the website. This has happen on both of my iPads and my iPad Pro so I know its not just me. Very annoying. It does seem to still work on my iPhone.

    Holding a 12”+ iPad in Portrait mode is ridiculous. I’ll use the web until this gets fixed. BTW, any application in Portrait mode only is immediately deleted.

    ARE YOU KIDDING ME AMAZON? Pay someone to test your app! I can search but cannot add to cart. App is only viewable vertically!! I am deleting this so I can shop online. Or is this the master plan?

    The latest update change in September 2021 has left the app almost unusable on the IPad. The screen has a white band that is blank covering the bottom 3rd of the screen. This limits the ability to buy things or makes it difficult to see lists. Locating list has made harder to find than previously. I suggest fix all the bugs. I prefer the app as it was previously.
