    The app is great. I just wish there was a way I could send a wire transfer through the app resuscitate having to go through a web browser and do the same. It would be more convenient but overall the app is great.

    Bank of America is the Best! I have been with BOA for at least 10 years. I can sleep at night knowing that my accounts are safe and secure. Bank of America and its agents are very protective of their customers confidentiality and privacy. BOA is serious about protecting customers from “ Fraud and Identity Theft. Bank of America and its agents are kind, knowledgeable, and Professional. Customers are first!!

    I used to patronize a fine bank before Bank of America, and then my wife encouraged me to switch to BoA so that we could both bank with the same institution. I have a mortgage on a property in Wisconsin, and with my old bank I had to pay the mortgage by calling them to initiate a wire transfer, then providing a ton of information, then they had to call me back later to confirm the wire. With BoA, I use their "bill pay" feature on the app and it's done in less than a minute.

    Dear Sirs, I need to know why they are closing the bank Jan 2022? I have been an account holder since 1969. I am at a loss where I am to do my banking business. Is it still a safe institution for my banking needs? Will the atms still be available at the Lake Havasu City AZ? My first account was at branch 419 on Baker St Bakersfield CA Lynna Rice 661-203-0039

    I called the bank yesterday and asked why a payment wasn’t covered through my overdraft arrangement related to one of my credit cards. The representative told me that there was no overdraft protection, though he sees that there was a few days prior. He reestablished it related to another credit card. This has caused a major issue for me with a payee. We’ve been customers for many years. I’m very disappointed.
